Delicious Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1. Begin by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve the Chicken Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
